What we collect

This is an information website. We do not run lead forms or newsletters on it. If you email us, we hold your name, email address and the contents of your message so we can reply and keep a record of our correspondence. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and available.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to you and to manage any work that follows. Our lawful bases are your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for the matter it relates to, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Emailadam@muswellrose.com and we will action your request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
